Turkey Chili begins with a thick broth made from ancho and pasilla stock, cilantro, cumin, tomatillos, lime and ripe tomatoes. Panera Bread’s Turkey Chili also includes pieces of dark-meat turkey, chickpeas, kidney beans, diced carrots and edamame beans.
